    • Civil and Finishing Works:
      1. Internal plaster works at 2nd floor (85%), and 3rd floor (55%),
      2. External plaster works up to at 3rd floor is completed,
      3. Internal painting works at 1st floor (50%), at 2nd floor (25%), and at 3rd floor (15%),
      4. External painting works at 1st floor (70%), at 2nd floor (40%), and at 3rd floor (25%),

      4. A/C chilled water pipes installation (85% at B2 & B1 floors, 40% at ground floor, and 50% at 1st floor),
      5. HVAC duct installation works at B2 and B1 (90%),
      6. Plumbing works (water supply and drainage) is ongoing.
